Established in 2007, the National Health Systems Resource Centre, a premier Think Tank for MoHFW, is mandated to assist in policy and strategy development in the provision and mobilization of technical assistance to the states and in capacity building for the Ministry of Health.
Mission
The National Health Systems Resource Centre's (NHSRC) mission is to provide technical support and build capacity to strengthen public health systems by generating evidence from the field, which helps formulate and evaluate policies and strategies with a focus on decentralization, equity, and quality, all while working towards the goals outlined in the National Health Policy 2017.
