About
DRDO is the R&D wing of the Ministry of Defence, Government of India, with a vision to empower India with cutting-edge defence technologies and a mission to achieve self-reliance in critical defence technologies and systems. Established in 1958, DRDO operates through a network of around 50 laboratories engaged in developing defence technologies across aeronautics, armaments, electronics, combat vehicles, engineering systems, instrumentation, missiles, advanced computing and simulation, special materials, naval systems, life sciences, and other strategic domains. The organization equips the armed forces with state-of-the-art weapon systems and equipment while advancing India's indigenous defence capabilities.
Mission

Focus areas
Intern - Naval Science and Technological Laboratory (NSTL)
Applications are invited from eligible B.E/B.Tech students who are in final year of their engineering degree or M.Sc students who are in 2nd year (3 rd or 4th Semester) of their post graduate degree for paid internship at NSTL, Visakhapatnam for a tenure of 06 months. The interested students may submit applications in the prescribed format within 10 days from the date of publication of this advertisement for the following disciplines as given in the below table.
