Director (Finance) shall serve as a senior executive responsible for the financial and administrative stewardship of RDIF, ensuring accountability, regulatory compliance. The Director (Finance) shall report to ED, RDIF.

Director (Investment) of Anusandhan National Research Foundation (ANRF/RDIF). This position leads investment activity across each of RDIF verticals and reports to the Executive Director. The role is responsible for developing and implementing vertical-specific investment strategies, building and managing specialized teams, identifying and engaging with potential investing partners (SLFMs), overseeing due diligence processes, and managing post-investment portfolio monitoring to ensure value creation and successful exits.

Executive Director of Anusandhan National Research Foundation (ANRF). The ED will oversee the implementation of EC/EGoS decisions and manage administrative, financial, legal, and regulatory matters. Key responsibilities include leading robust business management processes for sourcing, screening, assessment, and investment management; establishing comprehensive governance and accountability mechanisms; facilitating strategic partnerships with stakeholders across investment, technology, R&D, and public sectors; and ensuring effective financial management and procurement procedures. The ED reports to the Executive Council of ANRF and will be responsible for safeguarding ANRF's interests in legal proceedings. Desirable Qualifications: Executive leadership experience in tech companies, startups, R&D organizations, alternative investment funds, banks, sovereign wealth funds, or multilateral organizations; experience in large-scale investment management, capital deployment, and fund structuring; exposure to public-private partnerships and policy-facing roles; experience in institution-building and operational governance; familiarity with deep tech sectors and emerging technology trends; and representation in national/international platforms for stakeholder engagement.
