End-to-End Application Development: Design, build, and deploy secure, high-availability web applications and digital services for public, ensuring scalability and performance under high citizen traffic. Front-End Expertise: Development of intuitive, accessible User Interfaces (UIs) using modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue), ensuring compliance with accessibility standards. Back-End Systems: Engineer robust and efficient API services (RESTful/GraphQL) and business logic using languages like Python, Node.js, or Java, focusing on reliability and maintainability. Database Management: Design and optimize relational and non-relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB) to handle large volumes of data securely. Technical Leadership & DevOps: Implement CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps best practices to streamline deployment and provide technical guidance to junior developers (Mandatory). Security & Compliance: Ensure all solutions adhere to stringent data privacy, security protocols, and regulations (e.g., identity verification, data encryption).

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, with a strong portfolio showcasing complex, deployed web applications. Technical Stack: Front-End: Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, and at least one major modern framework (React, Angular, or Vue). Back-End: Proficiency in a back-end language (Python, Node.js, Java, or C#) and experience designing microservices. Databases: Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL database design, querying, and performance tuning. Cloud & Infrastructure: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. Software Engineering: Deep understanding of software architecture patterns, agile methodologies, unit testing, and writing clean, well-documented code for long-term systems.
