Tamil Nadu e-Governance Agency (TNeGA) is the State Nodal Agency for all e-Governance initiatives of the Government of Tamil Nadu, functioning under the Information Technology and Digital Services Department. Established in 2019, TNeGA is committed to leading the adoption of Artificial Intelligence and Information Communication Technology to provide innovative solutions and deliver government services efficiently to citizens. TNeGA implements various e-Governance projects with the objective of making all Government services, wherever feasible and accessible to the common man in an efficient and transparent manner. The agency has implemented major G2C projects such as e-District, Common Service Centres (CSCs) / e-Sevai Centres in Rural and Urban areas, Capacity Building in ICT & Tools, Tamil Nadu Geographical Information System (TNGIS), State Resident Data Hub (SRDH), State Services Delivery Gateway (SSDG), and the Chief Minister's Dashboard. TNeGA enhances the quality of life of citizens by working with various government departments to digitize services, ensuring efficiency, transparency, and reliability at affordable costs, making all citizens an integral part of the ever-growing knowledge society.
