About this role

The Associate will support the implementation of a large-scale MSME AI Enablement Program across designated geographies. The role will focus on cohort coordination, stakeholder management, MSME engagement, and data tracking, ensuring smooth on-ground execution.

Responsibilities

1. The applicant will support end-to-end coordination of MSME cohorts, including onboarding, scheduling, communication, and tracking participation across the program lifecycle 2. The applicant will liaise closely with ecosystem partners such as industry associations and incubators for MSME mobilisation, cohort formation, and ongoing coordination 3. The applicant will support in Program design & ensure seamless execution of program components (Example - virtual training sessions, LMS engagement, mentorship sessions, and all events) 4. The applicant will act as the primary point of contact for teams & participants within the assigned geography, providing continuous engagement, troubleshooting support, and follow-ups to ensure completion 5. The applicant will support onboarding of partners & participants onto digital platforms/systems and ensure their active participation 6. The applicant will coordinate with internal teams (program, technology, content) to align operational goals, resolve operational issues and ensure smooth delivery of program components 7. The applicant will support data collection activities end to end (Example- profiling, ongoing tracking, and post-program assessments, ensuring data accuracy and completeness) 8. The applicant will maintain and update MIS trackers and dashboards related to Program metrics (Participant onboarding, attendance, engagement, and completion metrics) 9. The applicant will assist in organizing and executing key program milestones (Example - mentorship sessions and the Cohort Graduation and MSME AI Showcase Day 10. The applicant will support documentation of program learnings, case studies, and participant feedback to contribute to knowledge outputs and reporting 11. The applicant will proactively identify operational challenges and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution 12. The applicant will support communication and reporting to client, internal teams, ecosystem members and senior stakeholders on program progress and key insights

Requirements

Technical skills: 1. Bachelor’s degree (Post-graduation preferred) in management, social sciences, development studies, or related fields 2. 1–3 years of experience in program operations, implementation, or coordination roles (development sector preferred) 3. Experience in stakeholder coordination and on-ground program execution 4. Familiarity with data tracking, MIS management, and reporting 5. Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word 6. Exposure to digital platforms / LMS tools is an advantage Managing skills: 1. Strong coordination and organizational skills with attention to detail 2. Ability to manage multiple cohorts, stakeholders, and timelines simultaneously 3. Problem-solving mindset with ability to troubleshoot operational challenges 4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder and participant engagement 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and ambiguous environment 6. High ownership and accountability for deliverables 7. Willingness to travel as required
