Training Manager (MSME Training on AI)
The Master Business Expert will play a critical role in translating AI capabilities into practical, business-relevant applications for MSMEs. The role involves shaping the application layer of AI adoption, guiding content and curriculum, enabling trainers and mentors, and supporting MSMEs in solving real-world business challenges using AI tools. In addition, the role requires strong stakeholder management across the ecosystem, including working closely with training partners, industry bodies, incubators, and relevant government stakeholders to ensure alignment, effective program delivery, and sustained engagement. This is a high-impact role requiring a combination of business acumen, functional expertise, stakeholder management, and hands-on problem-solving ability.
Program Associate - MSME AI Enablement
The Associate will support the implementation of a large-scale MSME AI Enablement Program across designated geographies. The role will focus on cohort coordination, stakeholder management, MSME engagement, and data tracking, ensuring smooth on-ground execution.
