The AI/ML Lead will design and implement scalable AI/ML models to support the Nanaji Deshmukh Krushi Sanjivani Project 2.0. This role is critical for developing machine learning solutions that enhance climate-resilient agriculture through real-time inference, automated data classification, and continuous model improvement. KEY FOCUS AREAS: - Scalable AI/ML model design and implementation - Real-time inference and prediction systems - MLOps pipeline development for monitoring and retraining - AI-driven automation for agricultural data classification - Cross-functional collaboration with engineering teams - IT infrastructure support to PMU and divisional project offices

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: • Post-graduate or Ph.D. degree in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), or Computer Science REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: • Minimum 5 years of experience in AI/ML development and solutions in a Government/Semi-Government office or a private organization PREFERRENCE: • Google Professional ML Engineer • AWS Certified Machine Learning-Speciality • TensorFlow Developer Certificate • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Gemini, Co-pilot, ChatGPT applications • Functional knowledge of AI programs
