We are looking for a Machine Learning Scientist who is passionate about applying AI and ML to solve high-impact societal challenges. The ideal candidate will have a strong research background with 6+ years of relevant experience or a PhD, and expertise in designing and implementing machine learning models, data analysis, and simulations. They should be skilled in mentoring junior researchers, working in cross-functional teams, and contributing to both practical deployments and academic research. A demonstrated commitment to social good, strong communication skills, and the ability to translate complex problems into deployable ML solutions are essential.

The Machine Learning Analyst (ML Analyst) at Wadhwani AI plays a key role in developing data-driven AI solutions aimed at improving lives in underserved communities across the developing world. This role involves hands-on work with data, including creating, preparing, and curating datasets, as well as applying straightforward machine learning models to analyze and visualize results. ML Analysts will support the training and deployment of advanced machine learning and deep learning models under expert guidance. They will actively contribute to the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle, collaborating closely with data, models, and real-world users to ensure impactful and scalable solutions.
