Indian Highways Management Company Limited (IHMCL) is a Government of India company incorporated on December 26, 2012 under the Companies Act, 1956. IHMCL was jointly established by the National Highway Authority of India (NHAI) along with its Concessionaires and Financial Institutions to carry out Electronic Tolling and other ancillary projects. The shareholding pattern consists of NHAI (41.38%), Concessionaires (33.81%), and Financial Institutions (24.81%). IHMCL is responsible for implementing and managing the FASTag system for electronic toll collection across National Highways in India, as well as developing intelligent transport systems and traffic management solutions.

Indian Highways Management Company Limited (IHMCL) is inviting applications for the position of Manager (IT) under Grade E-4 with a consolidated pay scale of Rs. 60,000-1,60,000 per month. IHMCL, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the National Highway Authority of India (NHAI), operates and manages the National Electronic Toll Collection (NETC) FASTag and GPS-based tolling systems on National Highways across India. This position offers 01 vacancy (UR) for candidates with 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management, application development, and system administration in highway/infrastructure sector. The role is based on an All India Service Liability basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing IT infrastructure and applications, overseeing FASTag and digital toll collection systems, coordinating software development projects, ensuring cybersecurity and data protection, and maintaining high standards of IT service delivery.
