About this role

This role functions as a central coordination and execution layer within the digital team, supporting leadership and ensuring alignment across programs, products, and partnerships. You will work across teams to track progress, solve problems, and drive execution in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

1. Track programs, grants, reporting and deliverables 2. Support the CSO with structured analysis and decision inputs 3. Identify gaps and ensure follow-through 4. Coordinate across product, program, communications and data teams

Requirements

Experience & Qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s degree (Engineering, Economics, Business, Public Policy or similar) 2. 1–4 years in consulting/startups/program roles 3. Strong problem-solving and structured thinking 4. Tools: Excel/Google Sheets (strong), presentations 5. Comfort working with data and digital tools and leveraging AI Who we are looking for 1.
