Be the backbone that brings order and momentum to eGov Foundation's ambitious public systems programs. Drive coordination, planning, and problem-solving for the Manhole to Machinehole initiative and other transformative efforts that impact millions.

• Design and track the program plan and milestones for the Manhole to Machinehole (M2M) initiative • Coordinate across team members, consultants, and ecosystem partners to keep the mission moving • Lead research and analysis to uncover insights that drive solutions • Monitor project risks and timelines to ensure program success • Take well-defined and scoped problem statements and drive problem-solving and action • Support planning, coordination, and analysis for organizational programs and initiatives • Work closely with governments, NGOs, and commercial players to ensure practical implementation

• 2-5 years of project management experience (PMP preferred) • Strong coordination skills and ability to work across multiple stakeholders • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) • Problem-solving attitude and analytical thinking • Eagerness to engage with field work • Ability to bring order to complexity and coordinate across people and organizations • Familiarity with sanitation or public service delivery is a plus • Ready to step up, take ownership, and drive ambitious programs
