The objective of the WBL programme is to provide an opportunity for SC, ST, EWS, and Women candidates to acquire technical skills in emerging technologies to up-skill their professional career and as per the requirement of industrial needs. C-DAC, Mohali offers Work Based Learning Programme in the following domains: 1. Health Informatics 2. Cyber Security 3. Artificial Intelligence 4. eGovernance 5. Embedded Systems 6. VLSI. The selected interns will be mentored by the scientists and experts of CDAC Mohali. Duration: 6 Months. Stipend: Rs 10,000 per month. Start Date: Immediately. Number of Vacancies: 24 Nos (SC: 06, ST: 06, EWS: 06 and Women: 06).

Interns will work on live State Level and National Level initiatives. They will gain hands-on experience in their chosen domain (Health Informatics, Cyber Security, Artificial Intelligence, eGovernance, Embedded Systems, or VLSI). Interns will be mentored by scientists and experts of CDAC Mohali throughout the 6-month duration.

Candidates (SC, ST, Women and EWS category) last 3 year passed out Graduate Engineers or equivalent, M.Sc. or M.C.A., with following specializations: B.E. or B.Tech (Computer Science, CSE, Computer Engineering, Electronics, IT, Electronics and Communication), M.Sc. (Information Technology, Computer Science), MCA. Students in last year of B.Tech, M.Sc. and M.C.A. are also eligible. Only SC, ST, EWS and Women candidates are eligible. Candidates in last year must submit N.O.C issued by their respective institutes before the interview.
