About this role

We're hiring a Fullstack Developer to own and deliver end-to-end features for our courtroom transcription platform. You'll be working across the stack on real-time audio playback, backend services, database design, to deliver beautiful UX for busy judges. You'll also help shape our design system and collaborate with a small team of elite builders shipping impactful features fast. Currently we have 2 positions open for this role.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain production-grade frontends using Next.js, TypeScript, and TailwindCSS. Work with backend services written in Go and databases in Postgres. Collaborate closely with design and legal teams to ship end-to-end features. Take ownership of full features — from database schema design to React components. Uphold high standards with extensive unit tests, linters and end-to-end tests in both frontend and backend. Proactively suggest and prototype new ideas to improve the product.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience working on production JavaScript/TypeScript codebases. Proven experience shipping complex UIs and building reusable React components. Familiarity with Go backend services and Postgres database design. Strong focus on reducing user pain and improving speed and accessibility. Bonus: Experience working with audio APIs and GraphQL.
